PayQubit SAS is a company incorporated under the laws of Colombia and therefore, to create our Data Processing and Privacy Policy, we refer to Article 15 of its Political Constitution, through which the right that all people have to know, update and rectify the information that has been collected about them in databases and in files of public or private entities is enshrined.

PAYQUBIT S.A.S., by virtue of the regulation issued, has defined policies aimed at guaranteeing trust, security and quality in the use of information necessary for the development of its activity.

PAYQUBIT S.A.S. has full knowledge of the regulations issued regarding data protection, which, insofar as it is applicable, is in accordance with the guidelines currently defined for the administration and protection of the data that is provided to it.

When registering or using our Service, we, partners and/or providers acting on our behalf, may collect the following types of information:

The information that PAYQUBIT S.A.S. receives, registers, preserves, modifies, reports, consults, delivers, shares and eliminates, is treated in accordance with the prior and express authorization of the owner of the same; and the treatment of said information is carried out with the main purpose of offering and providing information about its products and services; consult, report and update information, establish, maintain and finalize relationships with the data owner; comply with obligations contracted with the data owner; comply with current regulations issued for customer knowledge; and in general, to carry out the adequate provision of its services.

In order to guarantee the protection of the fundamental right of Habeas Data, the owners of the information may exercise the following rights, directly or through the persons authorized in the current regulation:

• Request proof of the authorization granted except when said authorization is not required for the treatment, in accordance with what is established in the Law
• Be informed by PAYQUBIT S.A.S., upon request, regarding the use that has been given to your personal data, as well as request, free of charge, information about the data subject to treatment
• Present requests and claims related to current regulations regarding the protection of personal data
• Request revocation of authorization and/or deletion of personal data when it has been determined that PAYQUBIT S.A.S. has engaged in conduct contrary to current regulations or the Constitution
